The final external evaluation of the project “Towards a Better Dissemination of Human Rights for the Populations of Cité Hlel (Tunis Governorate) and Sers (El Kef Governorate)” aims to assess the relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability of the project in relation to its overall objective and key outcomes, following the evaluation criteria of the OECD-DAC and those of Andalusian cooperation.The evaluation’s main objective is to assess the quality of project implementation and highlights key lessons drawn from the project. It serves as a pertinent learning tool to understand the functioning, results, and impacts of the intervention thus guiding future actions, while also accounting for relevant stakeholders both in Andalusia and the partner country.
