This mission was mandated by Médecins du Monde and has been conducted from October 2021 to December 2021. It aimed to analyze the success factors and difficulties encountered in the implementation phases of the project; evaluate the experience in order to identify innovation and good practices in the project; and analyze the degree of ownership of the project by the target audience and partners (CSOs, health care providers) in order to learn from and capitalize on the project experience.
The main goal of SEHATY is to promote dialogue at the local level between civil society, elected officials and other public and private actors in the health sector, for better governance of the health system, and to build the capacity of civil society organizations in the target areas for a more effective local intervention on health.
