This mission was mandated by Oxfam Italy and has been conducted from July to August 2022. It aims to assess whether targets and results have been achieved within the project timeframe and to get useful learnings from the implementation of the project “Resilience and Innovation through Strengthened Entrepreneurship” (RISE) in Morocco, Tunisia and Italy, funded by Union for the Mediterranean (UfM), implemented by Oxfam Italy in partnership with Oxfam Morocco, TCSE – Tunisian Center of social Entrepreneurship, ENACTUS Morocco, Fondazione “Un Raggio di Luce”.
The project aims to increase economic resilience and employment opportunities for vulnerable groups in Morocco and Tunisia in response to the socio-economic challenges exacerbated by the on-going COVID-19 pandemic.
