This mission was mandated by Euromed and conducted in September 2022. The report aims to present the challenges faced by each instance in achieving its objectives as defined in their mandates. It also explores associations that could make a significant contribution based on the specific needs of each instance, taking into account their technical or thematic expertise as well as their geographical distribution. Furthermore, the report puts forward recommendations for establishing a sustainable partnership model.
