FIDH (International Federation for Human Rights) is an international human rights NGO federating 188 organisations from 116 countries. Since 1922, FIDH has been defending all civil, political, economic, social and cultural rights as set out in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

This mission was mandated by the International Federation for
Human Rights (FIDH) and took place between May and December 2023. It involved mapping mobilizations and actions promoting economic and social rights within the framework of the ‘Sawa-Si-Ya’ program. Its aim was to enhance the visibility of initiatives contributing to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and environmental rights through the lens of equitable economic policies, while supporting regional networking and the coordination of advocacy efforts.
