Facilitation of a workshop on “Approaches and strategies for working with young people” pour les partenaires de la Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung « KAS » in September 2022. In close collaboration with KAS team in Tunisia, Pandora have prepared and facilitated the workshop that aims at supporting KAS partners in analyze the different profiles of young people and understand their needs and specificities, unify their analysis of the changing context and the factors that influence or may influence young people, analyze, on the basis of their experiences, the different approaches and methods of working with young people and identify the main lessons learned, and enable partners to share their experiences in the form of best practices and areas for improvement. The workshop also aimed to enable partners to share their experiences in the form of best practices and areas for improvement, and to consolidate the results of the discussions and identify the approaches, methods and working tools to be implemented in the future.
